Over promised under delivered First issue was water in the tail lights. Showed photograph upon arrival and was told that was normal. Left dealer and two weeks later front left sens First issue was water in the tail lights. Showed photograph upon arrival and was told that was normal. Left dealer and two weeks later front left sensor and middle front sensor going off with nothing in front of vehicle. First response from Micheal was no error message. Was told it could have been rain or an obstruction causing sensor to go off. Was referred to the manual. I sent three videos showing distinctly no objects in front of vehicle. Service manager was suppose to check vehicle again per salesman Chad. Next call from Micheal was same as the first. So, we have no solution to a documented problem via video. I spent 80k on a vehicle that leaks water and deafens my ears for no reason. I was told at nauseum Lexus Service Department will keep us coming back. Well I am nauseous at the fact I am being told contrary to video evidence I have to live with a defective 80k car with less than 4K miles. NOT HAPPY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! More

Excellent Customer Service The service department took great care of my car. My IS 250 was not running good. It had no pep, it was missing and stalling, sluggish start, motor no The service department took great care of my car. My IS 250 was not running good. It had no pep, it was missing and stalling, sluggish start, motor noise, it was awful. I assumed i got bad fuel somewhere but then my car wouldn’t start without being jumped off. I stopped by autozone, code showed crank shaft sensor was bad. Shiloh got my car in same day, didn’t want me to drive so towed it for free, and had me a loaner. The next day my car was ready. Turns out the battery was defective and was causing all the trouble. They replaced my battery which was covered by Lexus warranty. When I showed up to get my car it was washed and detailed inside and running like brand new! Thanks so much to the service staff you are all wonderful! More
