Unfortunate experience Was told they charged my battery and the health was fine but the next day it was totally dead. When we looked under the hood the battery was covered with corrosion It was clear they had done nothing at all with the battery we had to take the car back and get a new battery The manager,Shiloh, was very apologetic and helpful. Unfortunately that doesn’t correct the poor service from the service team. Inexcusable. They also gave us a quote for new tires that turned out to be double what it would cost to get them elsewhere. I hope they get the issue with the service team fixed as I would like to use Lexus for service but my confidence has been shaken. This review refers to the service team on Thursday 1/3 More

My car wasn’t serviced completely. The only thing done to my car in 3 hrs was oil change. Nothing else in the 80,000 miles check was completed but the invoice said all things were done. The mechanic did confirm it wasn’t done once he was told to come out to my car. Pathetic!!! Managers got involved and then did rotation and topped off oil and put new air filter in. More

Efficient, punctual Great communication between service advisor. He kept me abreast each hour of progress on my car.
