David Torella (Service Manager) is why I made the decision to buy a new Lexus. I have never had better service in the past 13 years than I have in working with David. Buyer regret. After comparing my deal which sales person insisted was non-negotiable, I found they added grossly overpriced required options to the tune of $5400 w After comparing my deal which sales person insisted was non-negotiable, I found they added grossly overpriced required options to the tune of $5400 while many dealer sold the same model for MSRP only based on discussions in a Facebook group. Finance was the bright spot with a friendly face and what seemed to be a genuine interest to explain clearly and help me. More
