My paperwork for my previous service was not correct, when I got home I had to dig the paperwork out and now have to take it back to the dealership to have my file updated to show my vehicle was in fact when I got home I had to dig the paperwork out and now have to take it back to the dealership to have my file updated to show my vehicle was in fact serviced at 30,000 miles. In addition all 4 of my wheels are now scratched around the lug nuts which were not there before. Very disappointed in this visit and not what I expect from Lexus. More
