I purchased a used Toyota Tundra from this dealership December 2012. My accountant needed a copy of the purchase agreement and I could not find it in my files. I left two voice mails and got commitments December 2012. My accountant needed a copy of the purchase agreement and I could not find it in my files. I left two voice mails and got commitments from two other employees of this dealership stating they would get a copy of the purchase agreement to me. Misael Minaya was the finance guy that handled the transaction and he will not repond to my voice mails or my e-mails even though he told me to call him if I ever needed anything. Misael does not live up to his commitments, is not a business professional and does not deserve to work at a Lexus dealership, he is better suited to a a used car lot. I did have a good experience with the sales person though, his name is Bosco and was very helpful through the sales process, I would work with him again if I didn't have to deal with Misael again. We drove nearly two hours to get to the dealership and the treatment we experienced over the telephone continued from the moment we walked into the showroom.
