While we looked around the showroom, Bilal explained the various features of the cars and differences of them compared to other vehicles. After a test drive, I realized that the Lexus was far superior. The car drove like a dream and I couldn't be happier to have bought one and become part of the Lexus family. Bilal is professional, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He gave us his honest opinion and did not make us feel like he was "selling" us the car.
