I started my journey on leasing a 2025 Lexus RX 350 AWD with Troy who replied to my email requesting a lease price on the 2025 RX 350 with several premium plus features included . Troy included a window sticker attachment of the car which included the premium plus options I was looking for and the exterior and interior colors I requested. He included the monthly payment and leasing term as well. When I contacted Troy to find out some further details he told me he would have Felix contact me who had more knowledge on the information I was requesting. Felix contacted me and I asked what the up front payment was and how more would the lease be if I added a running board. Felix obtained the new lease price with my addition added to it and we negotiated a price to lease the vehicle. I picked the car up 4 days later as they had to order and install the running board. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience with both Troy and Felix. Picking up the car was also a wonderful experience with no hitches.; I would truly recommend Troy and Felix if anyone wants to lease a car from Lexus of Brooklyn and my next lease will definitely be with Troy and Felix.
