He takes the time to a) find out about the customer-his/her needs, driving habits b)truly collaborate with the customer so that the buying experience is a search for the perfect car for that person and c)shepherd the customer through the bewildering array of potential extras without being pushy and has said on more than one occasion, "do you really need that". I have never felt rushed nor have I ever had any salesperson, except Joe, sit in my new car with me and give me a personal tutorial. It's the little things that mean so much, for example, he takes a picture of the customer next to the car and sends it. I cannot give enough kudos to this unique individual.
