This was a wonderful purchasing experience - especially when purchasing an auto can be stressful. I called the dealership on a Monday morning inquiring about a previously owned BMW X3. The add stated the auto as being a manual transmission but the photos identified this model as an automatic transmission. Dawn answered the phone an assured me that she would examine the auto herself and call me back with the answer. Within 5 minutes Dawn reported that this was indeed an automatic and asked me to review each photo to insure all my questions would be accurately answered. She was very professional, reassuring me of the quality of the vehicle, and would send additional photos if need be. Dawn insisted that it was a vehicle worth the hour and a half ride I would make from Westchester County in NY. She was right. After a test drive and a good hard look at this vehicle we made a fair deal. Dawn introduced me to Rodger and he also made a fair deal who introduced my to Adam who had another fair deal. I drove that car home that afternoon. Rides great, feels great, and looks great. It is obvious that Dawn and her associates have a willingness to do a superior job - making the customer leave feeling that it was a very good day for all. I had a wonderful car buying experience at Lexus of Bridgewater, and it is my pleasure to write a review on their behalf. I was not sure if I was ready to purchase a vehicle, and I had e-mailed several dealerships to obtain information regarding the ES 350. Peter Palma responded quickly to my request. I told him that I would like to make an appointment to meet with him that Thursday, since I was having my car in for service. He told me that he would not be in, but suggested that I ask for Sirad. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Tammy at the front desk. She immediately made me feel right at home, which certainly helped to ease any "car-buying anxiety." She introduced me to Sirad, who was one of the kindest, friendliest people I have ever met- not what you would expect at a car dealership (I used to sell cars, so I have some experience in this area!) He walked me out to show me the car, and went over every possible detail! He offered me a test drive, and suggested that I take the car on the highway to see how it handled. He spent hours answering my questions (which were many). I felt as if I was spending the day with a friend who was helping me to buy a car, rather than with a salesperson trying to make a sale! I fell in love with the car, and although they did not have the color combination that I had originally wanted (which was not on any dealership lot in NJ), I decided to purchase the vehicle. The negotiation process was smooth, and I thought that the price was very fair, since I had previously received quotes from a few other dealerships. After calling my husband, I decided to take delivery that evening! Although Sirad's work day was supposed to end at 4, he drove the car to my home at 7pm! Peter, the sales consultant that had corrosponded with me through e-mail actually came in and followed Sirad and me to my home. They met my husband and son, and they stayed to make sure that my garage remote in the car was hooked up before they left. I feel that the staff at Lexus of Bridgewater exceeded my expectations and provided me with an outstanding car buying experience. I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family!! More
