I took my new ES 350 home today and couldn't be happier! I have purchased many cars from this dealership over a 20 year relationship, but I would never use the word "sold". General manager Ron Joffe and his great staff never make it feel like I am being sold a car, instead they are totally engaged in developing a long-term relationship with me as a valued customer which comes through in everything they do, and everyone I encounter there. I admit I am a very particular customer, and so when I needed to see and drive many cars and ask lots of questions, they were always eager to bring around another car, or patiently answer questions or review CarFax reports with me in detail. Glenn Treich has been my trusted consultant for many years and I ran him and the team ragged showing me every car on the lot... but we found the perfect one and though I hate my long commute down to the shore to work... I actually can't wait for Monday morning to be cruising in my new ES 350. I also want to give a "shout out" to the unseen detailing super-stars in the warehouse who did an outstanding job of prepping my car and making my pre-owned car look "showroom new" in every way - I was happy to be able to stop in and thank you guys in person on my way out! Special thanks to Charles Bush for handling my frantic after-hours calls last week from Route 287 asking what to do when I suspected I was having some issues on the road on my way home from work. It was nice to have someone like him there to assist in a calm and reassuring voice during a stressful moment. I have been purchasing and servicing my cars at this dealership for over 20 years and it is comforting that the same team is always there year after year, and they get to know me, my car, my driving habits, and always work around my schedule and needs. Ron Gwinnett runs an outstanding service department and Mary Williamson has been my service "go to" person for the entire 20 years. I have even gotten to know their dedicated service techs including Wes who has kept me safe on the road for hundreds of hours commuting to the shore for work. I have referred at least 15 people to the LS over the years, and I have only the best comments about the finest car ever. I will be pleased to refer everyone I know to the dealership, and just did so this weekend to a golfing buddy of mine. When he's ready, he will be dropping by to visit with Eddie. Being the best, Ron spent time with my girlfriend and me and made me the very best recommendation about the 2011 LS that just came in. I didn't need to be sold. It only took one quick look and a short drive that I only took because my girlfriend wanted me to. Then, Ron had the good sense to have Eddie finish up the details.
