Dear Kellieliden, Pre-owned vehicles are one of a kind. We understand and have empathy when customers become upset when they drive to a dealership and the vehicle they came to see is sold. We make every attempt to tell a customer before they arrive. Unfortunately a customer decided to purchase the vehicle shortly before you arrived. We make every attempt to prevent situations like this by requesting deposits to hold vehicles. We understand some customers feel uncomfortable leaving a deposit to hold a vehicle they have not seen, like you had stated. However this is our best option to ensure we are fair and just to customers. With pre owned vehicles being unique and one of a kind we at times find ourselves in this regrettable situation, and make every attempt to accommodate the first customer asking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle that opportunity. We are upset you feel this way and really try to please every customer, yet at times certain circumstances make this difficult in our business.
