A few days later, however, he and his manager, Mike T., were able to find one that is in-transit and was able to allocate it for us. During the in-transit period, Eddie R. kept us informed of all steps until the arrival of the vehicle. On pickup day, he tied a big red bow to the vehicle and explained to us all the features and options that our vehicle has. He made us very, very happy.
