Pleasant experience, We walked into Lexus Bridgewater at 5:30 PM ,on Friday evening, the weekend of Labor day - no prior appointment - we just waltzed in. We met Eddie Ruggirello and requested to test drive a RX 350 Hybrid. Eddie patiently walked us thru the options during the test drive and post that explained all of the trims. He was in constant touch with us while the car was in transit, and on the day of delivery told us what to expect. We walked in at 5:30 again for delivery, the process was an hour long, Eddie took a lot of time walking us thru the car again. No pressure tactics, no gimmicks, no b**sh**ing , just plain facts. It was our first Lexus experience, and definitely recommend Lexus of Bridgewater and Eddie as your sales gentleman. Thanks Eddie !. Not to forget Joelle from the finance dept. Terrible experience! I called the parts department at Lexus of Bridgewater for a clock spring. They quoted me $980 plus tax and refused to offer any other option.
