In my past experience, having to get my car serviced is like having to go to a dentist. BUT, going to Lexus service and being serviced by MARY is like going to a country club, where I feel like I can re like having to go to a dentist. I am ALWAYS greeted with a warm smile by all. Mary NEVER keeps me waiting, gets right down to business and oftentimes, Wes will come out to discuss any problems I may be having with the car. I have been a customer for over 15 years and the reason I continue to return is due to the attention and detail Mary Williamson gives to my car. I drive away knowing I'm safe. I always go through Mary for service. When I call her, I get an appointment right away. She takes care of everything.
