I inquired via internet and received immediate follow-up - not pushy, but very informative. Our salesperson was very helpful and professional. Once we selected our vehicle, they made the process as smooth as possible, setting up the insurance transfer and instructing us what was needed. Pick up was smooth. I would definitely recommend this dealership - in fact, it's our 4th car from this dealership whose service is also a pleasant experience with pick up and loaner car. More

I had been looking at Lexus for a while, and this is my first one (I've owned lots of Toyotas). I went into Lexus of Bridgewater several times in July and August, told the receptionist I didn't need a sale first one (I've owned lots of Toyotas). I went back in on 8/7 and met Joe Fass. Joe is an awesome salesman. He truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. He let me take all the time I needed, plus 2 test drives. He knew ALL the answers to the questions I had about the RX450h. First classy car salesman I have ever met. It was a pleasure to deal with him. When I took delivery, he spent several hours with me to show me how the "joystick" controlled the 5,000,000 options. He happily answered questions for me afterwards too. I stopped by the dealership the next Saturday and he was happy to help me figure out what I was doing wrong with the navigation.
