I have owed several Lexus vehicles, but my wife has been committed to Acura. She was getting ready to buy one when I suggested she take a look at a Lexus. He was so good at answering her questions and explaining the advantages of Lexus (without knocking Acura)that my wife walked out with a new Lexus that day. I stopped by Lexus of Bridgewater on my way home from another appointment to look at the RX350, not necessarily to buy one that day. I had done quite a bit of homework and knew that the Lexus RX350 was another appointment to look at the RX350, not necessarily to buy one that day. I had done quite a bit of homework and knew that the Lexus RX350 was one of the vehicles that I was considering. The sales consultant assigned to me, Joe Fass, spent more than 2 hours reviewing all of the features of the RX350, both in the dealership and in the car itself. I was especially interested in safety features since I have a new granddaughter and often travel with my dog. Joe also took me for a test drive on some very bumpy roads as well as Route 22. I was very impressed with both the car itself Joe's ability to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He also took me the the service department where everyone was friendly and accommodating. I left the dealership with a good price for the RX350 equipped the way I wanted as well as a "minimum" price for trading in my BMW 330XI. I had intended to look at another vehicle the next day, but changed my mind since I was so impressed with the RX 350. I left a message for Joe the next day with my color selection. When he returned my call to confirm my choices and arrange for pickup, he told me that he was able to get a better price for my trade-in. I picked up my new RX 350 yesterday. Again, everyone with whom I dealt was very pleasant and professional. Joe spent more than an hour reviewing the basics with me, especially the navigation system. He also set up the satellite radio with my selections, synced my cell phone with bluetooth and loaded my contacts. He told me to call him anytime if I couldn't remember something and/or if I had any additional questions. I'm sure that I will take him up on that offer! Overall, my experience with Lexus of Bridgewater and with Joe Fass was very positive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Lexus. More

Sirad was great to work with. He took the time to show me all of the cars I had interest in and there was no pressure. Prior to visiting this Lexus dealer we had gone to Infiniti and the salesperson was r me all of the cars I had interest in and there was no pressure. Prior to visiting this Lexus dealer we had gone to Infiniti and the salesperson was rude and very high pressure. I went into Lexus expecting the same and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. After deciding on a vehicle we determined that the windshield was cracked and satellite was missing even though we were told it was in the car. Sirad didn't hesitate, he said the windshield would be replaced and the satellite would be installed at no cost. He followed up as promised the next week to set up the appointment. I would definetly recommend this dealership and Sirad to anyone interested in a Lexus. More
It is with extreme pleasure that I write this review describing my recent experiences of leasing a new 2007 and 2011 Lexus ES-350 from the sales team at Lexus of Bridgewater. First and foremost, I w describing my recent experiences of leasing a new 2007 and 2011 Lexus ES-350 from the sales team at Lexus of Bridgewater. First and foremost, I wanted to inform all of you that I have negotiated, bought and/or leased many new cars over the years. I’m sorry to say that most of those experiences have not been very pleasant. All of that changed however when I first met Mr. Lee Halpert back in 2004 when I leased an Infiniti G-35 from him at another dealership here in New Jersey. Lee was the constant professional. He was genuinely concerned about my past experiences and enlightened me to the fact that the car buying experience can be an enjoyable one which it certainly turned out to be. In August of 2007 our lease on the G-35 was about to expire and my wife and I decided a change was needed and we wanted to test drive the Lexus ES-350. We went to Lexus of Bridgewater and were so pleasantly surprised when Lee came out to greet us! This had to be fate as I knew I was in good hands. Lee assured us that there wasn’t a better car on the market and after our test drive he was so right! What a beautiful automobile! It is the best car my wife and I have ever driven! Lee gave us a fantastic deal and we were sold. What we didn’t know at the time was how great the service department at Lexus of Bridgewater is! We had a few minor issues and brought them to the attention of the Service Manager, Mr. Ron Gwinnett. Ron and his staff have always been extremely courteous and professional and are always diligent in servicing the car as soon as possible. On the occasion when I needed a loaner vehicle to service my car they actually drove it out to my home It doesn't get any better than that! Due to the ongoing negative news of our economy, I was very hesitant about possibly leasing another ES-350 as our 2007 lease was nearing its end of term. We called Lee and he informed us that he could work within our budget. My wife and I went to the showroom this past Saturday, December 18, 2010, and once we started to speak to Lee and his sales associate Kurt Stokley, all of my doubts were erased as I knew Lee had our best interests at heart. He always does and what an awesome feeling that is in this day and age! We drove away in our brand new 2011 ES-350. If you want to be treated like royalty with a no hassle best price and a service department that will take care of all of your needs, don't walk, RUN to Lexus of Bridgewater. You'll be glad you did! Outstanding service at every level. Joe Fass has set me up with four leases of Lexus vehicles. We keep coming back due to his attention to the customer, knowledge of the product and sincere desire to ple up with four leases of Lexus vehicles.
