Before we purchased our latest Lexus, we visited our local Acura and Infiniti dealerships in this area, and we soon realized why we should again re-visit Lexus of Bridgewater. Our sales representative, Joe Fass, is extremely fair and responsive to our needs, and their service department is tops in our estimation, all of which are the reasons why we will be shopping for a new Lexus again at this dealership. I have purchased/leased far too many vehicles to remember. However, I certainly did remember Joe Fass from my lease in 2007 on our first Lexus. There were no games, "let me go check with my manager" non-sense, or any other annoying dealer tactics. Subsequently, I returned to see Mr. Fass when leasing a new '11 ES 350. Honesty, integrity and complete thoroughness from the beginning, until long after you've driven away in your new car. His personal touch and vast knowledge of Lexus vehicles was enough to make me venture once more to Bridgewater Lexus, when I have another Lexus dealership in my home town. He is confident and straightforward. Without hesitation, he will make you comfortable and ensure everything is exactly how it is supposed to be. I was impressed by his list of awards and achievements, but understood clearly how he earned them after our second transaction. Although my '07 RX never had a single issue, I felt the utmost confidence that Mr. Fass would be there to assist if something actually did. We are hooked on Lexus products and in another 3 years I can assure you that I will remain loyal to Mr. Fass when it's time for a new ES hybrid. If you are in the market for a Lexus, visit your local dealer. Then, take a ride to meet Mr. Fass if you reside within a reasonable distance. I'm certain you will leave Lexus of Bridgewater not only with a new vehicle, but with a new take on a buying/leasing experience. This is how it actually should be. Christopher More
I recently had recall work done on my vehicle. While performing the work, a free inspection was performed as well. This car is low mileage even through its been 5 years and I've done all the regular mai performing the work, a free inspection was performed as well. I was informed after the inspection that several items needed to be addressed, including one that was of major importance for safety reasons. The estimate for the required work was surprisingly high considering I went in for a no charge recall service. Unfortunately during these tough economic times I wasn't able to afford the premium hourly service rates at this dealership(which is true for any dealership). I have to say though you do get what you pay for at this dealership and then some. The quality of work and the way they treat you makes it no surprise that they are number one for customer service. I luckily have a great mechanic who does a great job on all my vehicles and he was able to confirm the work that Lexus said needed to be done which amazed me. I have been to many dealerships that I have outright caught many times trying to up sell me maintenance that I did not need or worse "create' maintenance that needed to be taken care right away. This is not the case at this dealership. They are very honest and do not pressure you at all to get the work done there. Mary was very polite and her main concern was for my safety. This kind of customer service is RARE, believe me I have many horrible experiences that I have learned from at other dealerships. Even though I did not purchase my vehicle here, it will be the first place I shop the next time I am in need of another vehicle. If you want peace of mind, honesty,quality work and courteous customer service bring your Lexus here for service. I thought I could never trust a dealership again, I was wrong, Bridgewater Lexus changed my mind. Thank you Mary for renewing my trust in dealerships. Oh and if you ever need your car detailed, don't go anywhere else but here. My 5 year old car came out looking like it did the first day I bought it without costing me an arm and a leg. Extremely pleasant and professional buying experience. Bought an ES 350 with Nav in 1/2 hour for a fair price. This is my second Lexus ES from this dealership. The first Lexus ES300 2003 model year I am Bought an ES 350 with Nav in 1/2 hour for a fair price. This is my second Lexus ES from this dealership. The first Lexus ES300 2003 model year I am giving to my son since he turns 17 in 2 weeks, after I drove it for 8 trouble-free years. My old Lexus has 139K on it and I have had all recommended service done at this dealership as well. Joe Fass was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the car. Sam Anous was my F&I guy and he presented all of the products without being pushy or threatening. More
Our experience with Lexus of Bridgewater was an enjoyable one from the moment we walked into the dealership! Joe Fass took the time to explain all of the features of the RX 350 for us and offered a test drive for both my husband and I to experience driving the vehicle. Joe pointed out many of the advantages of owning a Lexus and the various qualities of the truck but was never once pushy or arrogant... on the contrary, he was helpful and thorough. He took the time to walk us through the service department, which he knew was an important criteria of ours. Joe was respectful of our circumstance and was very patient in trying to meet our individual needs and wants. We are extremely happy with our RX 350 and want to thank Joe for his admirable work ethic and outstanding customer service - it is not easy to find a sales person so dedicated to their job and so willing to help! Joe has already called us several times to make sure that the truck is living up to our expectations and made it clear that we can call him at any time should we need assistance. More
