I will never bring two of my Lexus cars here ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody else, no matter how conveniently close the dealership is located. I took it for a transmission and transfer c and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody else, no matter how conveniently close the dealership is located. I took it for a transmission and transfer case fluid change. Transmission exchanger broke down, supposedly - or that exchanger is too old and abused to be working properly; one thing is for sure: no one checks exchanger BEFORE it hooked up to a customer car). The service advisor, Amanda, omitted transmission related work in the service invoice. It took me 5 days and 7 phone calls to finally get it added to my service record. Lastly, I observed the apprentice trainee leaning against my vehicle and as the result of his careless behavior, scratching car’s fender ( first scratch after 11 years of ownership). More
