Lexus of Albuquerque

Since the new ownership has taken over, in my opinion lexus of Albuquerque has taken a hit in their customer service. The service department never able to follow through with appointments, is a majority lexus of Albuquerque has taken a hit in their customer service. The service department never able to follow through with appointments, is a majority of the time bothered to help and service writers are rude and are not helpful anymore. The ladys at the cashiers and reception desk won't ask you if you need assistance but will on their cell phones and painting their nails. When asked for help they felt bothered to help me with a poor additude. I don't like leaving bad reviews and I love lexus as a company. Have had my vehicle services at lexus of Scottsdale and its a night and day difference in service. I hope management will take my words in consideration to hopefully cure the issues occurring at lexus of Albuquerque so nobody else has to have horrible experiences time after time. More

Service department has the worse customer service of any dealership I've ever used. I'd rather get my Lexus serviced at Burger King! They are inconsistent, unreliable, and unresponsive. Been in our new RX450H for about a month now. I have to say that I was completely surprised at how amazing the service has been through the entire process. We went out to just compare some vehicles and see say that I was completely surprised at how amazing the service has been through the entire process. We went out to just compare some vehicles and see what we liked for a potential purchase that was going to be way in the future. We weren’t rushed like at other dealerships, we were able to walk around and check things out on our own terms and then talked to the sales team. We went on a test drive with Isaiah who was super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered every question before I could even ask it and I’m the order I was going to ask it. It was awesome. We talked about what vehicles we were comparing and he gave us his opinion on all of them in complete honesty which was perfect. We talked to Jason Gates right before leaving to go to the next dealership and he was very candid and gave us a friendly warning that the experience probably wouldn’t be the same so to be prepared. We left and had just an awful experience at the other dealership so we went right back to Lexus of Albuquerque and decided to get a car then and there. Ahead of schedule but the terms and conditions were too good to not jump at. Kassandra helped us narrow down to the exact model we wanted and even took us to look at every other one we were considering. Very friendly and patient through every step even staying a little late to get us out the door comfortably and not rushed. I have to say that the entire process was so much better than expected and I don’t think there is a better team in the business. If you have any doubts, look no further because they will take amazing care of you like they are taking care of their own family. More
