This was a 40,000 mile maintainance check. Everything was fine as far as we know. We dropped the vehicle off and the service dept. called to let us know what needed to be done. The service was done and we picked it up at the end of the day. I had originally asked for a loaner vehicle, but this was not mentioned when I dropped it off. Luckily, my husband could not work that day because of the cold, so he was able to pick me up and bring me back for pick up. I did have to remind them that they had promised to wash the outside for me. This had not been done when they called to let the know the service had been done and it was ready for pick up. It had been done by the time we picked it up. Thanks so much. More
