I walked in to see if I could have my 4 tires replaced. I did not have an appointment, but Gloria was very happy to help me. She asked me to wait to see if she had the tires I needed in stock. She returned to me with an answer of yes and asked if I was ok with the price. I agreed. When I came back to her when the car was being serviced, I asked if she could do better on the price. I called the day before to schedule a oil change and was told I didn't have to, I could just use the quick lane. I arrives at 2pm on 5/22/13 and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Upon entering the service representative area, Gloria Alvarenga courteously inform me that they were unexpectedly short handed and apologized for the unusually long wait. Upon hearing the exchange between Gloria and myself, Jimmy Alvarenga said he would change the oil right now. I was in the waiting area 15 minutes when Jimmy came in and said your car is done. I just purchase a brand new 2013 Ford Explorer and this was my first trip to Levittown service and both Gloria Alvarenga and Jimmy Alvarenga turned what could have been a very bad first experience into a great one. Overall my experience with Levittown Ford was good. My first visit I wasn't so impressed, when we entered the showroom on a Sunday we weren't even acknowledged or greeted at the door. I would recommend that this would be something that the dealership should work on, no one says hello or asked if they could help. The reason for me going back was because I wanted a white ford explorer which was very hard to find, according to their computer inventory they had one in transit so I made an appointment to come in. I was then greeted by Al Omar who was very friendly and helpful, he went right to the computer and pulled up the car I wanted. We did go through a little price exchange back and forth with him and Mike but after that was said and done I was very happy. Unfortunately I got a phone call about a week later that the car was already promised to someone else and they had a deposit on it. I was very confused but I undestood it wasn't my dealer's fault but it was the person who had already sold the cars fault. I would suggest that they stay on top on their computer inventory, because you shouldn't have cars available that aren't. Then finally Omar had to order me the car which I was fine with. My car came earlier then expected and I was very pleased. I did everything that my dealer asked and got all my paperwork ready so that the sale went smooth. Once again Omar with was helpful and had everything ready when I got there. The only part that upset me was that the price had changed because of fords financing rates, I dont agree with that if you sign in march and the rate changes in april that it should be my responsibilty to have to pay more. I think that ford should guarantee the rate at which you signed your contract, and made a deposit. Just like when you buy a home you lock into a rate, it should be the same. That is the only thing I would change with the financing aspect of my deal. I want to thank Al Omar for being fair and very friendly to me. The truck I purchased was BEAUTIFUL and the price was better than I could have imagined. But the best experience I had at Levittown Ford was with Daniel Krauciunas who took the time to help me build the car I wanted, took me out on the test drive, and explained the car fully to me. He certainly is an asset to Levittown Ford and should be commended for an excellent job. Based on my experience alone with Daniel Kraciunas I would certainly recommend Levittown Ford to anyone I know who is looking to either Lease or Purchase a car, and will highly recommend they specifically request Daniel Kraciunas.
