I would not buy anything from Lester Raines! He is very unprofessional and treats his staff like crap! I bought my car from Moses Honda in Huntington who also sold me a tire and wheel protection plan which unprofessional and treats his staff like crap! I took my vehicle to Lester Raines today because my tire blew out and it was closer to me. He refused to order a tire and rim unless I paid out of my pocket which is not how my warranty works, Fidelity reimburses the dealer/Bodyshop directly. Lester Raines then goes on to say if you don’t buy from his lot you don’t get first class customer service. He was rude from the moment I pulled up and was very degrading to hIs staff! Now I remember why I chose not to spend my money on his lot. I will drive my vehicle back to Huntington from this point on. I will say his service center has always been helpful and was today as well. They are not a reflection of him!! More
