Terrible customer service I bought a new 2015 ram because i needed aomething reliable. The unknoledgable service writers and BS service manager john and director joe couldn’t help but BS me for 3 years. Everytime i went for a repair they would always try to get me into a new lease. The service in this dealership is terrible!!!!! They were no help from day one all the way to this last month of the lease where they are still getting money from me called a Disposition Fee!! Watch out for this fee!!!! Terrible people to deal with there. They dont care for you and/or your family!! So sad. Bad people! More

They don't stand by offers on website I bought an SUV here a few years ago and it was a very good experience. My wife and I are shopping SUV's now and after seeing 5000 over KBB trade valu I bought an SUV here a few years ago and it was a very good experience. My wife and I are shopping SUV's now and after seeing 5000 over KBB trade value if you buy a new car we decided to try and purchase a new Durango. They didn't even offer the KBB value for my trade and told me that that offer is only good if you pay full price for the new car and get no rebates or incentives. The website didn't state this or imply this. I'm very disappointed in them. More
