An over all fabulous experience with Lester Glenn Chevrolet! I was looking for a gently used Subaru and Lester Glenn Chevrolet had it. I peppered the A-Team (Pat Sweeney, Rich Festa, Kim Larsen)repeatedly with many questions, requests, and clarifications. The big test was when I discovered a discrepancy that might have changed my decision to purchase the vehicle,the team committed to correcting the issue at hand within 24 hours and we were on to sealing the deal. Never once did I get anything less than 100% cooperation & eagerness to help, and never once did I feel like I was getting taken advantage of. I put a lot of faith in this team because I was so far away purchasing this car sight unseen. When she arrived at my home I was 100% satisfied with my new car! I haven't stopped grinning yet!
