I dropped my truck off on Aug. 7th at Les Stanford in Ferndale for a diagnostic check, it sat untouched for a week, so I went to pick it up on 8/14 only to find my windshield had a 7th at Les Stanford in Ferndale for a diagnostic check, it sat untouched for a week, so I went to pick it up on 8/14 only to find my windshield had a crack in it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Only then did they check my vehicle out and told me they had to contact GM to see what to do about my windshield. Well, it has been yet another week and I haven't heard from anyone from the dealership or GM on when my windshield will be replaced/repaired. I have received several emails and text to fill out this survey but nothing about resolving my windshield issue. This is beyond poor customer service. More
