I had let him know that I was not planning to make a purchase for another month or so, and I really appreciated that my timeline was respected without question - no tactics to instill a sense of urgency, just good information. I had been planning to purchase a 1-3 year old preowned vehicle, and since there was not not one available at the time, Philip agreed to be in touch if he came across one, which indeed he did a couple of weeks later. Unfortunately, I had experienced some problems with my existing car and was forced to purchase a replacement earlier than I had planned. When I shared this news with Phillip, he offered me a sincere congratulations and complimented my choice of vehicle. Even though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle from Phillip, I would work with him in the future without hesitation. Both Carlos and Alan helped me get a new Jetta, with even more features than my last, at a great price with little hassle. Alan even spent several hours of his own time working with VW Credit to work the kinks out with my totaled car and getting a new one :) We also worked with Jack, one of the managers, who is always very helpful, and walked away with a brand new Jetta that was right in our budget.
