When I arrived at the actual dealer I was greeted by Caroline and since she was new she also pulled Quincy Steele into the sale to assist in answering questions and support my interest and Quincy continued to wonderfully work my transaction until the actual purchase on another follow up visit. Doug worked with me on the first trip to the dealer and another sales mgr on the follow up visit. The finance mgr was excellent also. Sorry I do not know those gentleman's name. This entire visit was very personal and friendly by everyone encountered. I will start here the next time. I worked with 4 dealers to buy this car and always knew this dealer wanted MY business. Thanks. The only recommendation would to shorten the wait for the finance manager. This was a very busy Saturday but I waited 1 to 2 hours to finalize the deal. There was another couple that waited longer here also after me on another purchase also. OUTSTANDING sales agents, sales mgrs, and finance mgr. everyone was great and the vehicle is great also. More
