I waited for about 2 hours for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. But that isn’t the problem. Now, I’m back with an issue of a knocking on the left side of car and another issue for an oil change and tire rotation. But that isn’t the problem. The associate is not very accommodating even with another scheduled appointment! This is very frustrating and disappointing! More

I am very disappointed this time normally I’ll walk in and get my oil change within 30 minutes. I had appointment at 2 o’clock some young lady finally came and talked to me after 3 o’clock and wanted to and get my oil change within 30 minutes. She apologize and was gonna go look into it. Well, she finally came back and told me that there was only one guy working by the time I left with my oil change. It was close to 430. I’m sorry there was only one person doing the oil change, but it wasn’t my fault. I just thought I needed a discount. More
