The service is great whoever schedule's is horrible. Blocked out day by the appointment time and discovered they booked me during dealership hour long lunch. Had to wait three hours to finally get the oil changed. I had to rearranged the rest of the day. Whoever takes the calls for scheduling needs to be able to speak English where a Kentucky man can understand. They also need to know the dealership hours and lunch schedule. The last time I scheduled service I talked with a Kentucky girl that was at the dealership and knew English and what was going on in the shop. I purchased my last 8 vehicles from Legacy and always worked with friendly people that were outstanding. I hope you don't replace your sales staff with phones that call overseas to people that can't be understood or know anything about the people that like buying local. Outsourcing is always a horrible idea. Be the dealership I have known and trusted for years. More
