Jackie Walton, Sales Associate and overall dealership We purchased a new, 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe from Jackie Walton in July, 2006. She made the whole experience easy, painless and well worth doing again. Two weeks later, we brought our son in to see her...and he ended up buying a 2007 Sonata Limited. We still own the Santa Fe and our son still has (and loves) his Sonata. We recommended Jackie to my sister, who went to see her about a month after we bought our Santa Fe, and she ended up buying the exact same make, model and color! Since that time, our nieces have bought used vehicles from Jackie; my son and his wife have traded in and bought two different used cars. A co-worker of my husband also bought his new 2007 Santa Fe there, on our recommendation...although he contacted them online, so did not get the pleasure of dealing directly with Jackie. Every single experience we have had, has been nothing but positive. Jackie is not at all "high pressure"; she genuinely cares about her customers, and is just a great person to deal with...not to mention fun to talk to!! I would not hesitate to recommend Jackie to ANYONE!! She knows, and believes in the product she sells; she is more than fair and accommodating, and I trust her knowledge and expertise in her field. Our car has never been serviced anywhere except this dealership. I apologize for not knowing the service people we have dealt with by name, but trust me, everyone in both Parts and Service has provided great service to us, each and every time. Thank you, Hyundai of Everett, for your great service work; your friendly personnel in every capacity...but especially for "our" Sales Associate, Jackie Walton!!! She is the BEST!! One bad experience will change your opinion of a business Me and my boyfriend are having a baby. Therefore, we've been looking at upgrading my 2007 car to a suv. We decided to go to hyundai of Everett because Me and my boyfriend are having a baby. Therefore, we've been looking at upgrading my 2007 car to a suv. We decided to go to hyundai of Everett because he has purchased from there before and absolutely loves the discount oil changes and services he has received. Well after test driving three cars we decided that we will probably purchase one of two choices, we returned to see if the numbers would meet our budget. We came in saying we're interested in the higher price model, but knowing if it didn't meet our budget we would consider the one that would. I should add we told the sales guy prior to test driving that 19000 would be our highest price we'd go and he indicated they would work with us. Well, after all was said and done they tried to give me 1300 for a trade in which has been used, but runs fine and with their dealer discount may cost at max 1000 to fix and blue book is 6500, they wouldn't come down on listed price at all. So, with low balling my trade in and showing they are unwilling to work on price we didn't even want to bother looking at the less expensive option. All they needed to do was give a fair value on my trade in and a little off the car, but instead they lost a deal and what probably would have been a life time customer. In addition, the "manager" apparently got upset that we did not want to extend the loan terms or discuss the other model so he decided to raise his voice and advise that he doesn't understand why we don't choose the other model. His tone and attitude during our discussion made me feel like he did not take us serious or value our needs as a customer. I have never left a dealership feeling as discouraged or unsatisfied as I did yesterday. If he would have discussed options rather than being stuck on this is all we can do, then show his annoyance when their limited options did not meet what we wanted to spend they would have still gotten a 18000 sale for the other car. Sadly it takes a manager with customer service skills to not let a buyer leave the parking lot and the manager we got stuck with definitely lacked that skill. Therefore, we're taking our business elsewhere. More

The normal and customary haggle, bustle, and run around was missing, this was due in-part to Jackie's excellent rapport and customer service she provided us. She is not your average salesperson out looking for the sale. Jackie ensures your that the whole car buying experience is nothing but AWESOME! We walked out with a new car in less than 2 hours without any hassles. Sandi further explained on the car in details without any hesitation and let us drove off. The overall experience was so good that it dint seemed to be my first car purchase. I was worried after hearing a lot about how the process of buying a car is so complicated. But, it was just opposite with what I experienced at Hyundai of Everett. Jeff Plunkett was assisting me all through the process. He was so helpful and answered all my questions (I would have asked more than 100 easily). Apart from the customer service, their price is unbeatable. I have compared all the dealers in and around Seattle and Hyundai of Everett gave me around 1500 less than the other dealers. All the employees were so kind and helpful. Rebecca (Becky) and Robert helped me in the finance department. I have good credit score but my credit history is very bad. They made it possible for me to get the best rate possible. I would highly recommend Hyundai of Everett and Jeff Plunkett is the man to go!! More
