The day we went into their office to "check it out" we were met by Jeff Plunkett and he ushered us through an elongated and very infomative introduction of our choice of cars. We were planning on taking the weekend to think it thru, but instead, surprise, we drove away with our 2013 sparkling silver Elantra GT. I will say it has been ten years since we bought a new car and the new ones, especially these quality made Hyundais, are loaded with all those bells and whistles I keep hearing about. Well ~ you are never too old to learn. Mr. Butterfield stopped by to congradulate us and offer his card informing us he is there to help us in any way. Mr. Frasquillo had the duty of effeciently steering us through all of the legal documents. WOW, a walk, well without these folks it would have been a climb over Stevens Pass. Good Guys All More

I walked into the Everett dealership and was greeted with a big smile by Brian Perrigo. I was asked what I was looking for and said I wasn't sure. I liked my dads 4-door accent. Brian showed me the electrolyte green 5 door Accent and I fell in love with it. I took a test drive, came back to the lot and I had him show me a couple of other models just to be sure. Brian said the car matches my personality. I said your right. This was the first place and attempt to look for a new car and I bought the first one I saw. I was not pressured or tossed around from salesmen to salesmen. Everyone in the office was very nice and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend Everett Hyundai! I was looking into purchasing a silver Elantra with the Bluetooth option but none of the dealerships around here had it but Don was able to do a dealer trade and get it for us on the same day! I agreed on a deal with him on the phone because I live in Lakewood and even without meeting him face to face I felt he was an honest guy:). I drove up that night and purchased the vehicle and Joe the finance manager was very helpful as well and made the purchase a smooth one. Don Rae was our sales associate. He was great! Super-informative, very congenial, honest, and low-pressure. He took us on a test drive of a Tucson, easily answered every question we asked, and wasn't the least bit worried when we left to check out other dealerships in the area. And for good reason. We ended up coming back to talk to Don before the day was out. He was very up-front as we discussed numbers, and got us a great deal on a 2013 Tucson. Joe Frasquillo (who was also very nice) finished out our paperwork. Everything on the paperwork matched what was discussed- there were no surprises. Both men stayed after close on a Sunday night to get our paperwork finished up. They made an effort to be thorough but fast (no languishing for hours in the showroom!). I am most impressed, however, with how well Hyundai of Everett seems to treat its customers for the life of their vehicle ownership. If you keep one dealer plate-frame on your vehicle you get discounts on services (not sure if it's just oil changes or all services). Don already scheduled my first oil change for me. If you purchase the extra warranty, you get extra perks like free towing and roadside assistance, partial reimbursements on tires, and 4 dents&dings removed each year you own the car. Now THAT is the kind of surprise information I don't mind hearing at a dealership! In short, I'm very impressed with Hyundai of Everett in general and Don Rae in particular. Looking forward to many years of high-quality interactions with this dealership! More
