Our bank was being very difficult to deal with and the guys at Hyundai were not only patient, but understanding. I am seven months pregnant and my blind nephew was with me and my husband, they did everyth guys at Hyundai were not only patient, but understanding. At the end of our 6 hour trip we were able to drive off in our new Jeep and were very satisfied with our trip. I can honestly say this experience was fabulous. Jackie was enormously helpful, taking the time to make sure I got to pick the exact model, extras, color and so forth that I wanted. She was also patient w was enormously helpful, taking the time to make sure I got to pick the exact model, extras, color and so forth that I wanted. She was also patient with me, as I had to ask a lot of questions, and in the middle of the process, deal with my insurance company. She was also great at taking me through the car, and helping me out later when I had to call with a question. Becky was wonderful with the paperwork, and worked to get me a great deal - even a better rate than the one I started with. She made the signing a breeze. Dennis hovered over the whole process making sure everything went just right, and made a point of giving me his card at the end and letting me know I could call him anytime at his cell. I walked in and was greeted by Jeff Plunkett. I was asked how I could be assisted and I went right to it. I told him I was aware of his inventory up the street at the soon-to-be new location by the buick dea how I could be assisted and I went right to it. I told him I was aware of his inventory up the street at the soon-to-be new location by the buick dealership south about 2 miles. We took the Elantra I eventually purchased to that lot to look over more options. He was able to get me the deal I wanted (well it was .71 cents higher than I wanted but who cares) and had me driving home with zero down in under 3 hours which included he test drive, second lot inspection and a detail before I drove off to the car. All in all I was impressed at the service, lack of those typical "car sales tactics" were all used to and the over all casualness of the staff there. I'll go back to this dealership in the future. I gave a 5 for my overall experience because I didn't except to get a car today. Jeff Plunker was who helped my dad and I today. I really appreciated everything he did. He was very resourceful, friendly, and just outstanding. He was able to get me the perfect car.
