My husband and I came to the dealership with the purpose of purchasing an Accent. On Friday Jeff Plunkett welcomed us and took us out to look at the selection on the lot. We only had a limited time frame because of a dinner engagement but set an appointment for Saturday at 10:30 a.m. The following morning we arrived and were greeted by Jeff. During the night John had time to go online and found that with the rebates we could afford the Elantra GT. Jeff was flexible and patient with our change of models and colors. After my husband and I debated the color choices, we chose an Elantra GT in Volcanic Red with a dark interior. We went on the demonstration drive and Jeff went over the features and benefits of the vehicle. There were many marvelous features for a person whose last vehicle was a Saturn with manuel locks and windows. But it wasn't until I got into the driver's seat for the test drive that I found out the reason why I LOVE the Elantra - the seat backs go in an upright position! When we arrived back at the dealership, Jeff took us in to do the paperwork. I appreciate more than words can say the professional and efficient way Jeff and Becky handled going over all of the options and paperwork. They made sure we were completely satisfied in the purchase of our car before driving off the lot. In their fair dealing they earned our business for the future. Before we left, Dennis the General Manager and Justin the General Sales Manager both introduced themselves, thanked us for our business and welcomed us to the Hyundai Family. John and I highly recommend the Hyundai product and Hyundai of Everett as the dealership to purchase your new car from. Be sure to ask for Jeff Plunkett. More

I purchased my first Hyundai about 2 1/2 years ago, I worked with Sandi McLelland and had a wonderful experience. Literally the best car buying experience I have ever had; Sandi is friendly and warm, and a genuinely caring person. Beyond that everyone at the dealership were very nice and felt like "real" people. I didn't feel that I was being given a line or being treated like I was just a sale. This week when I was in the market for another Hyundai (totaled my first one...) I was very happy to return to the great service I had experienced before. Sandi helped me through the whole process and I am a happy customer for the second time. The people at Hyundai of Everett are the kind of people you almost wish you had a reason to go back and visit. More
I had communicated with Jeff prior to coming to the dealership. He took the time to research the inventory and had narrowed a selection for me that fit my criteria. They also went the extra mile to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the purchase and did minor touch up to a few overlooked scratches, ect. for free. I didn't have to take a used car, "as is". I was 110% happy with the negotiations for financing and everything was easy, swift and pleasant. Would refer this dealership to anyone. More

My husband and I went to Hyundai of Everett looking to possibly trade in his 2011 Hyundai Elentra for a newer Hyundai Accent, but we weren't quite sure if we wanted to buy that day we went to look. We already had two specific vehicles in mind that we wanted to look at before arriving and had printed out the information for each of them. When we first walked into the dealership, we were greeted by Brian. We gave Brian the information for the two cars that we wanted to look at and he found the cars we were looking for and promptly took us for a test drive. Throughout the process, Brian was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Both my husband and I never once felt pressure to purchase and I think that is ultimately why we decided to actually buy the car that day instead of waiting. When it came to financing, Becky was also very friendly and knowledgeable and did everything in her power to get us the best rate possible. My husband and I were very happy with the quality of customer service we received and will be coming back in the future when we are looking to purchase again. We will also be recommending to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to check out this dealership (and for Brian to be there salesperson) before going anywhere else. More
