I went in for the regular service on my TRD Camry and it was so convenient. I showed up early, got seen early, and was able to get work done using their WiFi. They do a great job in keeping my car in shape. They explain clearly what is needed for my car. As an older person I need to have a car which I trust will take me on my errands. Dealership took time to change my oil and do the service inspections than I expected. I missed taking my daughter to the airport. service inspections than I expected. I missed taking my daughter to the airport. More

Told me I had to go with the extended warranty and the gap insurance or he couldn’t get my interest rate lower then 10.99% yet my credit is close to 800. It wasn’t until I was cancelling the deal that he got a better rate but was rude the whole time. I asked questions and he snapped back making me feel like he was doing me some kind of favor. After the deal I went to shake his hand and he turned and walked away without acknowledging my gesture though it was obvious. My wife was set to buy the RAV4 adventure but lost all interest after my experience. This was the second car I have bought from this dealer (which is otherwise great) but I don’t feel I can ever go back as long as this horrible person works there. Too much to list here but suffice it to say I almost walked, another deal was cancelled and future deals are likely cancelled because of this person. All that should say enough. Service department not good, at all. Well, I bought a Sequoia that only had 1 key and it was a Valet key. I also learned that locksmiths with the right software can clone the key so it works. So I call Larry Miller Toyota and they tell me they can and I told them twice it was a Valet key and they told me they could make another key for me. I drop it off and ask them to let me know if it will go over $200 and 2 hours later I have to ask how much longer it would be (they quoted 1.5 hours). It turns out they can not make a spare key, but they did program the FOB that I already programed myself and never asked them to do anything to and they charged me $325 for essentially cutting a key I bought in the parts department and it will open the doors, but not start the darn car. Their solution was to extort me for $1500 for an new ECU. I have heard Toyota service is great, but these clowns don't know a thing about Toyotas if it took them 2 hours to figure out want a dope like me could figure out in 30 minutes of web browsing, that is a very bad sign. Toyota service is BY FAR the most clueless bunch of yahoos I've dealt with. I guess it is good that they are reliable because you don't want to deal with these thieves. Buy a Mazda, their mechanics know what they are doing at least. Save $325 and 2 hours of your life and find someone else to do the work you need done. More
