Great service. The dealership is being remodeled. So you had to sit outside in the covered service area or wait in the employee lounge. I choose the lounge. The dealership is being remodeled. I have a 2021 Santa Fe which I really love and since it is so new I don't need much service. I had a few issues that needed addressing and brought it in and decided I would wait. My new service representat is so new I don't need much service. I had a few issues that needed addressing and brought it in and decided I would wait. My new service representative, Ana, was very thorough and made my wait very comfortable. All issues were addressed and two had immediate results. I will have to drive for a while to see if the other issues were resolved. I am confident they will be and was told to come right back in if I had any other problems. All in all a great experience. This dealership was the only one to sell us a Santa Cruz MSRP. We had to wait about 3 months but we were kept up-to-date on the progress of the delivery. Delivery at the dealership however was slower than w MSRP. We had to wait about 3 months but we were kept up-to-date on the progress of the delivery. Delivery at the dealership however was slower than we would have expected since we were paying cash. Dealership needs to better organize its delivery process. Our salesman however did a nice job of letting us walk around the new vehicle and then showing us how everything worked. He even got us registered on the Hyundai website so that we could use mobile phones to access options on the car. More
