It was listed on the dealer website and the salesman had stated it was on the lot and he had looked at it. As soon as we got there another salesman informed us the price did not include shop fees according to his manager. They then brought another Taurus for us to see and stated it was the car we had requested to see. it was a totally different model and color and was dented in several places. We asked to see the correct car. and were told it would soon be brought to the front of the lot. After waiting a 20+ minutes longer we finally decided to leave. Not sure where our salesman got to or if the car really existed. We live about 50 miles from the dealership so I will not be wasting any more time there and would not recommend them. More

Dishonest Dealership Friday night my husband and I were at the Sandy Larry H Miller dealership, we found a truck that we wanted to purchase. This truck was a trade in and Friday night my husband and I were at the Sandy Larry H Miller dealership, we found a truck that we wanted to purchase. This truck was a trade in and had only been on the lot for 1 day. The salesman Steve quoted us a price and told us that it need to go through his shop to make sure there was nothing wrong with. He stated " You have purchased from us before and we want to keep your business. I will run it through the shop in the morning and call you around noon to let you know what the shop says. There is no need to put any money down at this time, I WILL HOLD IT FOR YOU." We received a call around noon stating that the truck was good to go. While we were at the bank, we called for the VIN number. Steve told that he had just sold the truck. They sold a truck that they promised to hold for us; within 1 hour of the first phone call letting us know that the truck was good to go. I find these people to be dishonest and untrustworthy. I would never by a vehicle from them. They are all LIARS!!!!! More
They don't listen. They don't follow through. We made an appointment with Christina to have her show us a very specific car at another Larry H. Miller Dealership in the area. When we got to the de We made an appointment with Christina to have her show us a very specific car at another Larry H. Miller Dealership in the area. When we got to the dealership, she was nowhere to be found for about 20 minutes. Then she proceeded to re-ask for all the info I had already given her over the phone. She then had us meet her at the dealership where the particular car we wanted was at. Only to find out that it had sold 3 HOURS before our appointment. I even asked her to call ahead to verify the car was there and she didn't, though she claimed that she did. Terrible customer service. Don't go here! EDIT: regarding the response made by dealer on March 17, 2015. The claim that you were "given the wrong info" is completely besides the point. I called Christina at about 9am to make the appointment for that evening. Before we left the first dealership she had us wait so she could call and make sure the car was at the other location. She came back from the phone and said she would meet us at LHM Honda, when we got there, 10 minutes later, she said the car was sold 3 hours prior and hadn't talked to LHM Honda since 9am that morning. Meaning she lied about calling them from LHM ford. If you had incorrect info at all, it came from your dealerships. You people refuse to be honest, its your business model. More
