I was disappointed in this visit because they bugged me for months to come in for a recall on the fuel pump. Then I waste a half day to take it in and they tell me they have to order parts that will take a for months to come in for a recall on the fuel pump. Then I waste a half day to take it in and they tell me they have to order parts that will take a month to get. Then when I went to pick up the truck they couldn’t find the keys for 10 minutes and the truck was out in the big parking lot and I had to go find it. Not very good service. More

Charging $200 just to look at the vehicle is excessive, then it’s not even applied to the cost of the repair if needed, it’s charged in addition to. Since I bought my truck from them I have always used their service for oil changes, rotate tires, etc. normally they are pretty good but lately their service takes what seems to be extra long. I bought my 2016 Wrangler, 31 Oct 2016 and they are the only place I have ever let service my Jeep. I take it to LHM West Bountiful every 3 to 6 months. Angela was the most professional Service Writer I have ever encountered. She was selfless and focused on my concerns with my trucks Uconnect system, which kept locking up with my iPhone. I took my jeep in for an oil change. I waited in the lobby. After two hours I asked if it was finished and was told “oops, yes it has been done for a long time, we forgot about you.” U I waited in the lobby.
