I would like to recommend this dealership, but in light of recent experiences I find it hard to do so. Consistent communication is lacking between different people in the service department. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing which leaves this customer speculating who is right. After receiving my vehicle back from service, I walked to the parking lot to pick it up and discovered a dent on the driver’s side door that was not there when I left it. The damage had been covered with a little paint, but it was obviously visible. This was a brand new vehicle with no dings. This appeared to be damage from some sort of tool because it was high on the door and it had creased the metal. What is really irritating is that it was not identified or reported by the technician, thus leaving me with little faith concerning the integrity of the mechanics working in the dealership, In fairness, the service manager was helpful in helping me to solve the problem with an appointment for repair, but this will cost me time and money for something that shouldn’t have happened. Disappointed! More
