I was truly satisfied with the exceptional customer service that I received at Landmark Honda. Engine light came on and won't go out. The car was analyzed and a leak was found in the gasoline tank th service that I received at Landmark Honda. Engine light came on and won't go out. He had the computer system reset and told me the tank would have to be sealed. I would like to thank Mr. Cail for helping me understand the problem and giving me the solution to getting my car back on the road. More
Sean is wonderful to deal with. He's been my go-to guy for years. Not only do they fix whatever needs fixing well but they are always mindful of burned out lights, inspections coming due, etc. for years. I was reluctant to use a dealer since I have not had good experiences in the past with dealers in another part of the country years before. I called Saturday morning and despite the service area being extre experiences in the past with dealers in another part of the country years before. I called Saturday morning and despite the service area being extremely busy, they were able to help me that day, applying a software upodate and resetting two faulty indicators. They even provided me with a reimbursement of a taxi ride to their shop since their shuttle had quite for the day. I will definitely return when I need substantive service work, or when my wife and I buy our second Honda. More
Milton Cruz is the most professional manager I have ever come across in all of my years. He is sensitive to the needs of his customers making the best out of even the worse situation. My prior dealer who serviced my vehicle made me feel terrible and seemed to talk down to me, Milton has treated me like I matter - not just another person bringing their car in. For this I will not only use Milton exclusively in the future but I plan to purchase new vehicles for my wife and daughter from Landmark Honda. I have never felt this confident in a dealership but Milton's attitude has made me a believer. Landmark Honda should feel priveledged to have such an employee!!! More
