Worst service experience I've ever had. 3rd time taking vehicle in for same problem. Bought vehicle new about a year ago. Given a different reason for same problem each time I take vehicle 3rd time taking vehicle in for same problem. Bought vehicle new about a year ago. Even though I reached out several times to try and contact him. When I finally just went up to the Dealership to check on my Escape, I found that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. I asked the young lady that checked me out if she could let me speak with my Service writer. She paged him several times and got no response. I stayed around for about an hour waiting for him to come...He never did. I wanted to know what they actually did to the vehicle and how long it had been ready...and why I was not contacted More
