I brought my Jeep in for oil change. I came in for my normal oil change and tire rotation. I mention I had a rattle in the back and asked if they would check it. I did not have an appoin I came in for my normal oil change and tire rotation. I mention I had a rattle in the back and asked if they would check it. I did not have an appointment for maintenance but the checked for the noise. It was determined the two rear shocks were bad. They located the shocks and repaired my jeep. They said since it took longer than they felt it should have taken they did not charge me for the oil change or tire rotation. I bought my jeep at Steve Landers and all the services have been there. The staff are great. Great company! More
