Fuel Pump Repair/Replacement I had starting issues with my vehicle, brought (Towed) in and it was determined that the fuel pump needed replacing, when I picked up my vehicle three I had starting issues with my vehicle, brought (Towed) in and it was determined that the fuel pump needed replacing, when I picked up my vehicle three days later the same problem re-occurred. So on the trip to the service dept. they found the problem and got me back on the road in just over a day and a half. They really rolled out the red carpet for my inconvenience as well as providing me with a really nice loaner vehicle for my troubles. I was very pleased with not only the service but the repairs that were done. Great Job !!! More

Fast service I dropped off my car for my first oil change since purchasing my vehicle. I was met by Tracey Schrupp who was very friendly and welcoming. After she greeted me and told me that I was taken care of once I told my name. I was told that it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes. It actually took 45 minutes. In and out in 90 minutes - painless. I had decided to buy a car that day. I had gone to another dealership prior coming to Landers. The other dealership said the vehicle I wanted was on I had decided to buy a car that day. I had gone to another dealership prior coming to Landers. The other dealership said the vehicle I wanted was on the lot. I informed them that I would be driving from Hot Springs and would be there in about 90 minutes. By the time I got there, they had given the car to someone else to try out for a few days. I was not happy - they were in no way apologetic. I got on the internet and found what I wanted at Landers and said I would be there in 30 minutes. When I got there, Adrian had the car sitting in front of the dealership with the engine running and the A/C on. I test drove the car and liked it. They gave me a reasonable trade in on my vehicle and a good price on the Yukon. I was in and out in 90 minutes. I could not have asked for better service. More
