We purchased an extended warranty to help with these types of breakdowns. Kris Ritter our service advisor took this daunting task to heart and got all the repairs we needed done. Their service team identified other issues that also needed attention. Thank you to the good folks at Lander's Service department and the awesome work done by Kris Ritter for having to handle the Ext warranty part of the process. My entire family thanks you all! More

Quick We scheduled an oil change and then added the 50,000 mile recommended checks and tire rotation when we got to the dealership. The service guy brought in our old one to show us before we made a decision. We waited in the waiting room which was nice and clean and were out within 30 minutes. No high pressure sales for anything. More
Raised price for additive i have to have. I bought a car almost two years ago from them everything has been wonderful minud i go to get my normal oil change and get the additive i have to buy I bought a car almost two years ago from them everything has been wonderful minud i go to get my normal oil change and get the additive i have to buy every 10,000 miles and the price went from 14 something to 25$ and some change! Thats 10 dollar difference. That's crazy for the same thing iv bought for 2 years. Almost doubled in price and if i dont buy it my warranty is void. Total crap. I think Also with my oil they have always filled my liquids up this time they didnt touch it even paying double. More
Oil Changes For Life So we bought a 2011 Nissan Quest in February of 2015 from what was Crossroads. The sale came with oil changes for life, awesome! Even when it changed to Landers they still honored, awesome! Well this last time I got an oil change they informed me that unless I provided a specific signed piece of paper from 2015 about the oil changes for life, there would be no more. Well after getting home and looking, of course I didn't have it. I had a lot of other papers, contracts, etc. So...not very happy at all. Not even sure if that paper even existed back then. Will never ever use Landers again if this is not resolved. More

On star diagnostic follow up visit. Sorry to say that on star reported 18% oil life the day after that service was provided. On star was called due to engine light, service light and antilock bake light appearing on a road trip. Unfortunately the shop was unable to replicate the service lights when brought in. More
