1. I had to have the MMI in my Audi Q7 replaced, (the center console) and they chipped the woodgrain in two places when they were trying to get it off. It looked as if they tried to pry it out with a scr center console) and they chipped the woodgrain in two places when they were trying to get it off. It looked as if they tried to pry it out with a screwdriver or something and then tried to hide it and glued it back together. When I approached them about this they refused to admit that they had done any damage and would not fix it. 2. I wanted an IPOD adapter for my Q7, so they sold me a $120 piece that was supposed to be the adapter for my vehicle. Then they told me my car was made before a certain date and that the adapter would not work... but they would not let me return the part. I still have it, brand new in the wrapper and they refused to give me a refund. 3. I bought the car back in 2008, and I bought a service maintenance plan worth $650 that was supposed to cover my scheduled service up to 75k according to the sales paperwork they gave me. When I reached 45k they told me my contract had cancelled. When I provided them with the receipt and paperwork THEY originally sold to me, they told me they do not know where I got that paper from, and that's not what I bought. THEN, they told me that once they did some digging, the original owner already HAD the service contract on it, so I in fact had double paid for the services. I, of course, then asked for a refund. The service manager, Darlene then laughed at me and said, "that's not gonna happen". I went back and forth with them for 4 weeks, never getting return phone calls when they said they were going to call, and they never could provide me or AUDI USA a copy of what they sold me. But they still refuse to give me my money back. The answer I got from them is that they are going to give me that last service "for free" since they can't find the paperwork. So basically I paid $650 for one service fee. I have finally reached the end of my rope with the way that they treat their customers. I am appalled at the lack of customer service, the lack of organization, and the fact that they sold something to me four years ago that was a lie and they refuse to rectify the situation. I am now going to sell my Q7 because I refuse to deal with them anymore and they are the only AUDI dealer around here. I am hoping that this post reaches at least one person,.. if it saves them the headache that I have been through with Checkered Flag then at least I've done my part. More

We have been visiting the dealership several times, while orienting ourselves to buy a new car. We never felt pushed in buying a car and Barry showed us several options/cars with a lot of patience and knowle orienting ourselves to buy a new car. In the end we did buy an Audi Q5 en the process at the dealership can be characterized as professional, effective and personal. I found the car i bought online and decided to go and check it out Horace greated me as i walked into the door, we took the car for a test drive and began the paper work as soon as we returned. while we check it out Horace greated me as i walked into the door, we took the car for a test drive and began the paper work as soon as we returned. while we were filling out the paper work he also took the time to introduce me to everyone involved in the sale of the car. everyone was very nice. every step of the sale was easy and went like clock work. horace hammond also made sure we had a big red bow to put on the car because it was a gift, he brought the bow to the house just in time to give the car to my grandoughter. I want to thank everyone at the dealership for everything they did and for making it easy as fast to buy the car and for ensuring it was clean and ready for me. Thank You Very much More

Over the past two years or so, I had conducted continuous research, read many reviews as well as visited Checkered Flag many times following church services on Sundays and had pretty much made up my mind about the Audi A6. The only missing piece was to test drive the vehicle....it bet all of my expectations. Most importantly, dealerships can't sell great vehicles and attract customers without knowledgeable and professional employees. Horace Hammond (salesman) and Darlene (finance manager) exudes the epitome of what every employer hopes for....they were OUTSTANDING!
