This was my first car buying experience, at least a new car, and I must say that I was very pleased. I had visited other dealerships before when buying a used vehicle and I always felt pressured and as though I was being given the run around. Duane and the Audi dealership made me feel as though they were being 100% upfront, cutting out all the run around that you tend to hear about with dealerships. I would definitely recommend this dealership, as well as the salesman, to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. I would also like to add that I love the car I bought (Audi A4 2.0T) as it runs extremely smooth and really gives off that high end look that Audi is known for. Unfortunately because the time of evening I bought the car, I was unable to get it detailed before driving it home. However, Duane was quick to ensure that I could come in whenever I was available and he could get it done.
