The salesperson, Horace Hammonds, was very knowledgeable about the product he sold and was an expert in dealing with people (which he seemed to enjoy very much). My contact with the Finance Department, Darlene Epps-Minor, was exemplary. Darlene was very attentive to the customer's needs, was very flexible, amiable, and she made the paperwork process pleasurable (and that is not very easy to do). She made me feel very comfortable and was a plasure to deal with. Ed, the Sales Manager, was very professional and very pleasant. As a whole, this was my best experience purchasing a car. I did not feel preasured and felt that all my concerns and details were given proper attention. Duane and Ed were extremely patient and helpful. I changed my mind after I got home from the test drive and wanted a different color than what I ordered while at the dealership.
