First and foremost I never write reviews. However I was compelled to write one for Checkered Flag Audi/Porsche/Jaguar in Virginia Beach, Va. I purchased a used Vehicle on May 5th 2012. My expierence wa compelled to write one for Checkered Flag Audi/Porsche/Jaguar in Virginia Beach, Va. I purchased a used Vehicle on May 5th 2012. My expierence was propably the most professional and personable I have ever had. My sale rep, Benjamin from the moment we started proved that he was not just a salesperson. He worked extremely hard to try and get me the vehicle Ive always wanted. He kept me informed and most of all, I never felt I was being sold too. It was his approach that kept me comming back. Equally important was the finance manager Darlene. She was an absolute joy to sit down with. I did not have the best credit and we struggled to get me the approval I needed to purchase the vehicle. I truly believe most car dealerships would have never took the time to work with me. She made me very fortunate to do buisness with your company. Thank you for making this purchase so EASY! At past dealerships (nissan/ford) the buying took hours (five of more at times). John so was wonderful and made it fun again to buy a car. My husband and I will be life long audi owners I do believe. My husband owns a 2011 f250 and we wished audi made a truck of this size because ford is always a headache to deal with. Like today they gave my 6'5 husband a nissan sentra for a rental...he hardly fits in the car.. Its reason like this that I will never shop at any other dealership other then audi. no pressure, laid back, and did I mention no pressure?! John knew his way in and out of both car my husband and I were looking at. More

This is my third Audi, my son also has one. I love the new A5. It's a pleasure to drive. However, I leave about 50 miles from the dealership, so it is a bit of an inconvenience; that said, the courtesy an new A5. It's a pleasure to drive. This was our 3rd Jaguar (and 5th Checkered Flag purchase) and John McDonald was most helpful and extremely knowledgeable about both Jaguar and Porsche. After test driving the XF we decided we would buy one and John McDonald was most helpful and extremely knowledgeable about both Jaguar and Porsche. After test driving the XF we decided we would buy one but they didn't have the color or model (Portfolio) that we wanted. He told us he would call as soon as he found one and we heard from him the same day! He found us the exact car that we wanted, which was actually intended for a Jaguar dealership up north, and was able to get the car for us! He provided us with excellent customer service from the time we test drove the car on March 10 until we drove it off the lot on March 31st. We would definitely recommend John to anyone interested in a Jaguar, Porsche or Audi. More

Duane was the type of car salesman that I love dealing with; he answered my questions and was not pushy. At no point did I ever feel like Duane was playing games and trying to insult my intelligence with with; he answered my questions and was not pushy. At no point did I ever feel like Duane was playing games and trying to insult my intelligence with ridiculous offers on the price of my new car, the trade-in value of the car I was getting rid of, or the available interest rates. This is my 2nd purchase from Audi and I am glad I returned to Audi. The service I have received on my newest purchase has been consistent with the great service I received when I previously purchased from Audi. More
