From the time we walked in the showroom to the time we drove away with our new Audi, the service, courtesy and products were first class! Lee greeted us promptly upon our arrival and did a very professional and friendly job making us familiar with the car and all features. He very quickly arranged for an appraisal of our trade-in and obtained a very fair offer for the new car. Again, working very quickly, he located the A7 we wanted and had it re-routed to Checkered Flag. He promptly kept us informed while we awaited the arrival. We picked up our new A7 this past week and traded in our old BMW. Lee already had the majority of the paperwork taken care of before we arrived for our appointment. The new A7 had been prepped and was ready to roll! I also want to take the time to highly compliment your finance department and after market sales department as the service was also first class, highly professional and down right enjoyable. We also purchased the Audi care for our new car. I sincerely apologize for not remembering the name of the very classy lady who assisted us there. She was great! Brad was the best thing since sliced bread! He was actually an honest salesman which I always thought was an oxymoron until now. It was refreshing to deal with Brad. Took my Audi to the collision center to get front wheel aligned and suspension fixed. Took three weeks. Then the day I picked it up there was a bottom panel that came off the car as soon as i drove out the aligned and suspension fixed. Took three weeks. Another 3 weeks has gone bye, now my car is still there and i keep getting the run around on when it is going to be fixed. worst auto experience ever. More
