We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this review. The vehicle referenced was a dealership-owned loaner that had been provided while your vehicle was being serviced. After multiple attempts to contact you regarding the loaner went unanswered for several days, our Service Manager advised that if we could not establish contact and arrange for the return of our vehicle, we would have no choice but to report it to the appropriate authorities. At no time did we threaten to make a false police report. Our concern was simply that we were unable to contact the person in possession of a dealership-owned vehicle. Once communication was reestablished, there was no need to take that step. We regret that the situation reached that point, but we have a responsibility to account for and protect dealership-owned vehicles and believe our actions were reasonable under the circumstances.

Hello, I want to clarify because after this last service at Tulsa Land Rover and Alerting Land Rover Corporate Of The Voicemail from Your Service Manger stating ( because I hung up the phone on him he was cutting ties and if I didnt return the Loaner by 5pm that day he would report it stolen) There was a part origanly going to be covered under warranty but The next day changed for me to pay almost $1000 when I origanly brought it in, ,so it was a 3 or4 busines day of talking to the body shop who was stating no one had touched that part , and I was calling between your company and the body shop because your Service Manager said it was not his job to call The body shop. So to clarify that is the reason it went into a 3 or4 busines day ordeal with the loaner. So please check your records because I have the voicemail and so does Corp Office if you can not find yours. As you know there is major issues devolped but your Manager Bryan sent a email saying you had not responded and cut ties as Your service manger stated in this voicemail ,but I did pay the Almost $1000 and Tulsa Land Rover contiued to keep and service the car for another day or two,so ties were not cut then as stated in voicemail. I left this review a while back ,its nice to see you did respond to this but still nothing about the major issues I purchased my car here ,Serviced it only here Until this horrific experence.
