I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday morning due to a water leak. Throughout the day, I received no updates, and I drove in to check on it before closing. Surprisingly, the vehicle remained untouched all day. On the second day, I received no updates and no follow-up regarding the loaner I was promised during the drop-off. This experience has left me highly disappointed with my decision to purchase multiple vehicles from this location. More
