The ambiance at the dealership was very relaxed- everyone we encountered on both visits was friendly and attentive. We also did not feel pressured by Joel or James to make a decision and did not have to deal with gimmicky sales tactics. They tried their best to accommodate our needs and definitely met our expectations of customer service. The excellent service we received was a factor in our decision to lease a vehicle with Princeton Land Rover. We met with Michael to finalize the paperwork. He was also very professional and answered our questions thoughtfully. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

We went in just to see if the Landrover LR4 would suit our family needs Our experience with LandRover of Princeton was nothing less than spectacular. We went in just to see if the Landrover LR4 would suit our family needs. Our agent, Ron D'Argenio, answered all our questions without prejudice. We found him forthcoming, soft on sell, and quite knowledgeable about his cars as well as his competitors. We went home, researched, and e-mailed him additional questions for which he always replied immediately. We continued to be enamored by this car and returned to Ron to put down deposit. He kept us up to date with the progression of its delivery. When It arrived, Ron gave us as much time as we needed to explain every detail of the Landrover LR4. This auto purchase is one of the best pleasant experiences we have ever had with a dealer. More
